- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Order processing includes payment verification, picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
- Standard delivery is provided free of charge.
- Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
3. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Order number
- Purchased products
- Total order value
- Estimated delivery timeframe
If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer suitable alternatives, partial cancellation, or a full refund.
4. Order Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

5. Partial Shipments

6. Backorders & Pre-Orders
- Selected products may occasionally be available on backorder or pre-order.
- Estimated shipping dates will be displayed whenever applicable.
- Items will be dispatched as soon as inventory becomes available.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
Customers should inspect packages immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
- We will investigate the issue with the courier.
- Replacement, refund, or return options may be provided where appropriate.
- Supporting photos may be requested for damaged items.
